Welcome to Jamal Moslem Transport. By accessing or using our rental services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid ID or driving license (for vehicle rentals). Jamal Moslem Transport reserves the right to verify all submitted information.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, or approved online transfers.
Prices are subject to VAT and may change without prior notice.
3. Rental Terms
The rental period begins and ends as per the agreed time and date.
Late returns may incur additional charges.
The customer is responsible for the proper use, care, and return of the rented item in its original condition.
Any damage, loss, or misuse during the rental period will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original method of payment.
5. Liability
Jamal Moslem Transport is not liable for:
Any personal injury, property damage, or loss during the rental period
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or mechanical failure
Items left behind in rental vehicles or with equipment
6. Prohibited Use
Our rentals may not be used for:
Illegal activities or transportation of illegal goods
Racing, stunt driving, or unsafe operation
Subleasing or transferring to a third party without written permission
7. Modifications
Jamal Moslem Transport reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
